At TAPSTER Wearables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any eligible product within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the wearable technology is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
